Peer Group Support – NRHP coordinates and supports member peer groups that have common interests. The groups are intended to facilitate communication, sharing of expertise, and the development of solutions to issues affecting multiple members. Current active peer groups include: CEOs; Purchasing Managers for member hospitals as a whole and subgroups for their pharmacy, laboratory and dietary departments; Information Technology Managers; Human Resource Directors concerned with group health insurance, and Quality Assurance/Risk Managers.

NRHP Foundation Golf Tournament – The NRHP Golf Tournament has become a celebrated and much anticipated annual event (13th Annual was held June 25, 2010). Tournament Coordinator and NRHP Financial Program Director Ann Murdoch does a superb job of enlisting sponsors and participants, all of whom look forward to plenty of fun, food and prizes. Proceeds from the tournament fund educational programs for NRHP member hospitals. Recent topics included Readiness for RAC, and Cost Reports. The next tournament will be held on June 24, 2011.

Member Board Education – NRHP staff provides members’ boards with education on various topics as requested.
