Performance Improvement
One of the primary goals of the Nevada Flex Program is to improve financial and operational outcomes of Nevada’s Critical Access Hospitals. Although Nevada Rural Hospital Partners has long supported members through financial consulting and Revenue Cycle Management, in 2016, NRHP recognized a need to expand its support of member hospitals in claims reimbursement.
To that end, NRHP now operates a Performance Improvement (PI) Network, bringing together CEOs, CFOs, billers, and coders to identify and resolve their shared challenges with claims management. These forums provide an opportunity for independent hospitals to collectively resolve issues and improve processes with our partners in CMS, Nevada Medicaid, Veteran’s Affairs, Indian Health Services, and more.
